Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability. By registering, I confirm that I and each athlete listed above understand this event involves physical exertion carrying inherent risk of injury, and release TCOM, Endurance Dept., The Blake School, and event staff from liability arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Medical Fitness & Emergency Treatment. I confirm all listed athletes are fit to participate, and authorize event staff to secure emergency medical treatment if needed.
Photo/Video Release. I grant TCOM and Endurance Dept. permission to use event photos/video for promotional purposes.
